We stand behind the quality of our wares. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused merchandise for refund within 45 days of the date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Contact us at 301-318-0233 or at gifts@mygiftavenue.com upon receipt of your order. We will give you an RMA number, which must be marked clearly on the box.

Please use the enclosed return label* when using USPS.

*The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.  All C.O.D packages will be returned to sender.  Gift Avenue is not responsible for customer returns that are not received, or arrive in a used or broken condition.  Please use original packaging.

Damaged Items

Defective Items
May of our items is hand-made and is designed in a rustic or distressed style.  If you feel that the item(s) you have received are defective in any way please contact our offices at 301-318-0233 or gifts@mygiftavenue.com.
